Bilra ("we", "our", "us") operates the Bilra invoice-scanning application and website (bilra.netlify.app). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using Bilra, you agree to this policy.

1. Information We Collect

• Account information: Email address, and (for company accounts) company name, used for login and account management.
• Documents you scan: Invoice/receipt images and PDFs you upload, and the extracted data (invoice number, company name, tax number, amounts).
• Payment information: Processed securely by our payment providers (Razorpay and international card processors). We do not store your full card number, CVV, or bank details on our servers.
• Usage data: Scan counts, credit balance, and transaction history to operate the service.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide the invoice-scanning service — documents are processed by a secure AI OCR service to extract data.
• To store your scan history so you can view, search, and export it.
• To manage your scan credits and process purchases.
• To communicate service updates and respond to support requests.
• We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.

3. Data Storage & Security

• Data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security — only you can access your own data.
• All data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS encryption.
• Payment processing uses PCI-DSS compliant providers.

4. Third-Party Services

• Supabase — authentication, database, and file storage.
• Anthropic (Claude AI) — AI-based text extraction from documents.
• Razorpay — payment processing (domestic).
• International card processors — for worldwide card payments.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

Your data is retained while your account is active. You can delete individual scans anytime in the app. To delete your entire account and all associated data, email ahamedshabik966@gmail.com; we will process deletion within 30 days.

6. Your Rights

7. Children's Privacy

Bilra is a business tool not directed at children under 13.
